Academy of Engineering Cluster
Each PLTW Engineering course engages students in interdisciplinary activities like working with a client to design a home, programming electronic devices or robotic arms, or exploring algae as a biofuel source. These activities not only build knowledge and skills in engineering, but also empower students to develop essential skills such as problem solving, critical and creative thinking, communication, collaboration, and perseverance.

Health Sciences Cluster
By immersing students in activities like practicing suturing and constructing body structures from clay, PLTW Biomedical Science empowers students to build knowledge and skills in biomedical science, as well as in-demand, transportable skills like problem solving, critical and creative thinking, communication, and collaboration.
The courses include Principles of Biomedical Sciences, Human Body Systems, Medical Intervention, and Biomedical Innovations

Graphic & Digital Cluster
Students will use creativity and computer skills to design visuals using technology. Courses include Adobe Visual Design, Adobe Digital Design, Adobe Video Design, and AP Computer Science Principles. Students may earn certifications in several Adobe products including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator, each of which is used by artists and designers who create logos, web pages, digital games and more.
Marketing Cluster
Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Education prepares students for postsecondary education and careers in marketing communications, marketing management, marketing research, merchandising, and professional sales. The courses include Marketing, Marketing Applications, International Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.

Academy of Engineering - If a student completes all 4 classes of Engineering, an Internship, and meets proficiency on final exam scores they will receive a second diploma from the National Academy Foundation. Students also have the opportunity to earn College Credit in each of the 4 Engineering classes and can start a transcript with Rochester Institute their Freshman Year.
All CTE students that complete 4 or more CTE classes will have opportunities to go on Job Shadowing Experiences, Cluster Specific Field Trips, possible Mayor's Youth Employment Internships, possible enrollment in Career and College Promise Classes, and access to one of the largest Career Fair's in partnership with the Mayor's Youth Program. Seniors who have completed a cluster will also have access to the Workkeys test. This test includes a certificate of workforce readiness if a certain score is achieved.
